Behind The Brand
Purpose Apparel is a Johannesburg-based streetwear brand founded by Tlotliso Leballo, born out of a journey of self-discovery and reinvention. Initially known for his identity as a basketball player, Tlotliso realized his purpose extended beyond the court.
Inspired by his passion for clothing and the legacy of visionary designer Virgil Abloh, he launched Purpose Apparel as a platform to express creativity, authenticity, and love for fashion. With every piece, the brand encourages wearers to embrace their multifaceted identities and live with intention. Rooted in South Africa’s vibrant culture, Purpose Apparel is more than a label—it’s a call to live boldly and authentically.
