A Deeper Look Into Czene.24
The urban street style inspires Czene.24’s aesthetic and strives to bring new adaptable streetwear garments to the scene. Their goal as a brand is to uphold the brand’s aesthetic of gender neutrality. “The whole reason I started my brand was to breach a gap in the retail market to create a safe gender-free environment,” says Calvin.
“I had the privilege of showcasing my work at the African Fashion International (AFL) in 2018 where I showcased my Imminent Disaster (2018/1019) Fall Collection. Furthermore, my womenswear collection Wear Me with Kindness, I am Your Kindness was showcased at the South African Fashion Week in 2022. I had the privilege of being one of the finalists at the SAFW ’23 for the third time, where I showcased my collection I Am A Cage In A Common Place.”
