Financial Security

We safeguard your payments through our secure Paystack Payment Gateway Software from the moment you make a purchase. Funds are held in GARM’s possession until an order is confirmed as complete. GARM releases funds to brands 15 days after the day of delivery, therefore, If an issue arises, rest assured, your money is protected.

Return Assurance 

Items not matching their description? You’re entitled to a return and refund within 48 hours of delivery. Find out more about your right to return here.

Fraud Vigilance 

Transactions on GARM are constantly monitored. Our in-built safeguards are designed to protect you against fraud, keeping our marketplace trustworthy.

Data Privacy 

Your personal details are stored with utmost care in our data vault and shared only when necessary to fulfill your order.

To ensure coverage by Buyer Protection, purchases must be made within GARM, and issues reported within 15 days of delivery. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances.

Exclusions from Buyer Protection: 

– Transactions outside GARM

– Items on the Prohibited Items List

– General dissatisfaction with the product

Prompt Payments

Funds from successful orders are remitted directly to your account bi-monthly, on the 15th and 30th.

PS! To activate Seller Protection, transactions must be exclusively through GARM. Redirecting deals off-site is against our terms and cannot be protected.

Customers: Purchasing on GARM

Guarantee your payment security with our trusted gateways, Paystack and Ozow. We authenticate each transaction rigorously for your peace of mind.

Sellers: Completing a Sale:

Your earnings are visible in ‘My Wallet’ after a buyer’s payment. Once the delivery of your order is completed, funds move to your Completed Orders. Choose to reinvest in the GARM community or transfer to your bank.

If an order remains incomplete, our Support Team will step in to resolve it.

Payments to Garmembers:  

Your G-Wallet reflects your earnings post-successful orders. We deduct only the hosting and shipping fees before transferring your dues twice a month. In certain cases, GARM has the right to deduct fees as a result of failed delivery attempts or late monthly hosting fees.
