What happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed, GARM verifies your order and product details with the necessary Garmember/s to which your order is placed with. The Garmember/s will then process your order and confirm it with our shipping company.  Once your parcel/s are picked up from our courier provider, you will receive tracking numbers for all of the products you have purchased which can be tracked from the “track order” button on our home page. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase via email.

If I order from multiple brands, will they arrive together?

As much as we try to achieve this, when products are ordered from different provinces, they may arrive at different times.

When do I receive my tracking number?

When a customer orders products from various brands, the products may be shipped from different locations. As a result, the customer will receive separate tracking numbers for each product, one from each brand or location the product is being shipped from.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We ensure that every step on our website is secure. From selecting Garmembers, to product uploads, and payment options. The GARM team validates every brand and product that is uploaded to our website and ensures the utmost reliability from everyone. Your parcels are insured during the delivery process and your banking details and personal information are protected at all times with our payment partners: Ozow and Paystack.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We have given you a variety of methods to pay for your products. Through Ozow, you can pay through Instant EFT. All you need is acess to interent banking. You will redirected to the Ozow portal screen and will be prompted to login with your online banking credentials. Simply select your desired account and you’re done!

Alternatively, you can pay with a debit or credit card through Paystack.

 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer omnichannel delivery options: Your package can be delivered directly to your home address where you will be charge a flat rate of R100 regardless of how many Garmembers you order from. Alternatively, you can select the option to collect your Garments at your local Pargo point or in store when it suits you. In this case you will be charged R90.

How long will delivery take?

Our brands are based all around South Africa and Africa, therefore, shipping times vary and your products may arrive at different times, especially when ordering from multiple Garmembers. We do aim to get your garments in your hands within 7 working days, however, this may vary from time to time.

We value our customers and want them to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery

How To Return A Product

Customers can process their returns through the PARGO website. To log a return order, go onto https://pargo.co.za/shopper-returns/ and follow the steps!

Who Pays For Shipping?

For returns without any faults, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees and the amount will be deducted from the refund sent to them. However, if the product has faults such as stitching errors or is seen as visibly damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days to process. We offer refunds in the form of store credit, through EFT, or immediate product swaps. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in its original condition when bought and returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Rights of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

What is a garmember?

A Garmemeber is a brand that has joined our community – our Garmunity. As you know GARM is a platform that allows African brands and resellers to sell their creations. Therefore, brands that have joined our Garmunity are known as garmembers.

How do I become a garmember?

Click the “Become a Garmember” button in the website menu and register. It’s that simple. Our team will then send you a contract and once that’s signed, you’re ready to go!
