Our platform is a curated marketplace, showcasing the most innovative designs from emerging brands and designers across Africa. For established brands seeking wider visibility and increased sales, or resellers wanting to offer pre-loved or unworn apparel and accessories, GARM provides a straightforward and efficient selling experience.

Selling and Buying on GARM is seamless:

1. Brands and resellers register and gain access to the Seller Portal.

2. Products are uploaded and, once approved by GARM, are featured on a unique page linked to the seller’s URL.

3. Customers purchase items and choose either home delivery or pickup.

4. Payments are made securely to GARM.

5. Sellers receive order notifications, dispatch instructions, and begins preparing the order.

6. Packages are picked up from the Seller by our courier and tracked by the customer.

7. Delivery confirmation prompts the release of funds to the seller’s G-Wallet.

8. GARM processes the payout to the Seller 15 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. 

Integrated Shipping for Nationwide and International Reach

GARM’s innovative shipping system is designed to consolidate your shopping experience, no matter how many African creators you support in one go. With a flat rate of R100 (South Africa only), we’ve streamlined delivery to ensure you can enjoy multiple pieces from across the continent in a single order. Choose to have your unique finds delivered to your doorstep or pick them up at your convenience from a local Pargo point.

Delivery Options

– Pargo Pick-Up: Utilize ‘Courier it’ for convenient pick-up point collections.

– Home Delivery: ‘DPD Laser’ ensures your items arrive safely at your address.

– International Shipping: DHL

Preparing Your Order:

– Upon registration, brands and resellers provide a shipping address for automatic integration with our courier service, including the dispatch of courier packaging materials.

– Accepting an order triggers a waybill email, which must be printed and attached to the parcel, prepared in Pargo packaging.

– The waybill dictates the delivery method and corresponding courier service.

– South African shipping: The Seller ships the products directly from their designated location to the customer. GARM does not consolidate any items, therefore, delays in shipping are often as a result of a courier error or if a brand is delayed. 

– International shipping: The Seller ships the products to GARM’s Headquarters. GARM consolidates and packages the item which is then shipped to the customers location through DHL.

Shipping and Handling for Sellers

For single-brand orders, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Multi-brand carts result in split shipping costs among the participating brands to cover the aggregate delivery expense. For a more comprehensive shipping guide visit our Seller Guide

Right To Return

Buyers can return items if they significantly differ from their descriptions or photos. This does not apply to “Pre-Loved” and “Unworn Garms” except in authenticity disputes. Please view our full return policy under “Returns” on our customer guide page.

Preconditions for Returns

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receipt at https://pargo.co.za/shopper-returns/.
  • The purchase was made through GARM.

Return Process:

  1. Log the return within 48 hours at the provided link: https://pargo.co.za/shopper-returns/
  2. Follow the return steps via the Pargo website: Select the seller, provide contact and return details, and drop off the parcel.
  3. Once the seller confirms the item’s condition, a refund is processed.

Please Note:

  • Returns must include original packaging and tags.
  • Items worn beyond trial are ineligible for return.
  • Refunds are provided via store credit or electronic transfer after the seller’s receipt and approval of the return.
  • Sellers are liable for shipping costs on inauthentic items, deductible from their GARM account.

  1. Counterfeit items and replicas
  2. Medicines and healthcare products
  3. Motorised vehicles
  4. Drop-shipped items
  5. Consumables, including alcohol and tobacco
  6. Offensive materials
  7. Weapons and related military items
  8. Adult content
  9. Direct payment solicitations outside GARM
  10. Vouchers and intangible goods
  11. Illegal substances and paraphernalia
