Placing Your Order

When you place an order, GARM promptly verifies the details with the respective Garmembers. Following confirmation, your order is processed and handed over to our trusted courier service. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each product, accessible via the “Track Order” button on our homepage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Multiple Brands Delivery: Orders from multiple brands/resellers may arrive separately and at different times due to their diverse locations.

Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are issued once parcels are dispatched, allowing you to monitor each item’s journey individually.

Security and Data Protection: Shopping on GARM is secure. We meticulously vet all Garmembers and products, ensuring a safe, reliable shopping experience. Your data and transactions are safeguarded by our payment partners, Ozow and Paystack, with end-to-end encryption.

Delivery Charges & Options

Flexible Delivery Options (Subject to change): We offer two convenient delivery methods to accommodate your preferences. Opt for direct home delivery at a flat rate of R100, ensuring your purchase arrives right to your doorstep, or choose to collect your items from a nearby Pargo point for just R85, offering you the flexibility to pick up your garments at your convenience.

Updated Shipping Policy 2024: To better serve our diverse marketplace, shipping fees are now calculated based on the number of brands in your order. This means if you purchase items from two different brands, shipping fees will be applied for each brand to ensure each part of your order is handled with the care and specificity it deserves. International purchases are calculated by weight.

Delivery Timeline: Given our wide range of brands across South Africa and Africa, delivery times vary. While we aim for a 7-working-day delivery window, orders from multiple Garmembers may affect this timeline. For international shipments, your delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Making a Return

Not entirely satisfied? Our 15-day return policy on defualt products ensures peace of mind. Initiate your return via Pargo’s return process , and we’ll guide you through the steps to resolve your query swiftly. We do not offer returns for international orders. 

Return Shipping Fees: Customers cover the return shipping for non-faulty items. For products with defects or damage, GARM absorbs the shipping cost, prioritizing your satisfaction.

Refund Policy

Refunds, processed within 15 days, can be received as store credit, EFT, or immediate product swaps. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags, to qualify for a full refund.

Making A Payment

1. Selection: Choose Paystack at checkout for card payments.

2. Details: Enter your card information.

3. Authentication: Complete the two-factor authentication from your bank.
