How to Place an Order
1️⃣ Browse our collection and add your favorite items to your cart.
2️⃣ Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
3️⃣ Choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase.
4️⃣ Once confirmed, your order is processed and handed over to our trusted couriers.
5️⃣ You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.
👉 Track your order anytime by clicking the “Track Order” button on our homepage.
Multiple Brand Orders
- If you purchase items from multiple brands, they may arrive separately due to different fulfillment locations.
- Each brand will send its own tracking details.
Order Security & Data Protection
- All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted via Ozow and Paystack.
- We rigorously vet all brands and products to ensure authenticity.
Delivery Methods & Costs
We offer two flexible delivery options:
🔹 Home Delivery – R100 per brand (items delivered directly to your address)
🔹 Pargo Collection Point – R100 per brand (pick up your order from a Pargo location near you)
📦 International Shipping: Costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- South Africa & Africa: 7 working days (varies by brand and location)
- International Orders: Up to 3 weeks
📌 Note: If you order from multiple brands, your items may arrive at different times.
📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
At GARM, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, we have two different return policies:
✅ Returns for purchases from brands (new items)
✅ Returns for purchases from resellers (Pre-Loved & Unworn Garms – second-hand or thrifted items)
Please review the correct policy below based on where you purchased your item.
🔄 Returns for Purchases from Brands (New Items)
If you purchased a new item from a brand on GARM, you may return it under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible Returns:
✔ The product is significantly different from the description or photos.
✔ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✔ The wrong item was received.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns:
❌ Change of mind – We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the item.
❌ Worn or washed items – The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging (if applicable).
❌ Returns requested after 15 days – All return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
📌 How to Request a Return (Brands)
1️⃣ Submit a Return Request
- Log your return within 5 days at Pargo Returns.
- Select GARM.
- Provide your contact details and reason for return (Please also note the name of the item you pruchased).
2️⃣ Drop Off the Package
- Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging.
- Drop it off at your chosen Pargo collection point.
3️⃣ Processing the Return
- The brand will review and approve the return.
- Once approved, GARM will process your refund.
💳 Refund Process (Brands)
✔ Refund Options:
- Store credit (for future purchases on GARM).
- Electronic bank transfer (processed within 5-7 business days after approval).
✔ Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, GARM covers the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

♻️ Returns for Reseller Products (Pre-Loved & Unworn Garms – Second-Hand Items)
Reseller items are second-hand or thrifted products sold by individuals. The return policy for these items is different from brand-new purchases.
✅ Eligible Returns for Pre-Loved & Unworn Garms:
✔ The item is proven to be fake, a replica, or inauthentic.
✔ The item significantly differs from the description or images.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns for Reseller Products:
❌ Incorrect sizing – Sizing issues are not covered unless agreed upon by the reseller.
❌ Change of mind – All sales are final unless the item is fake or misrepresented.
❌ Worn or washed items – The item must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e., unwashed, unworn, and unaltered).
❌ Returns requested after 48 hours – Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
📌 How to Request a Return (Resellers)
1️⃣ Submit a Return Request
- Within 48 hours of receiving the item, visit Pargo Returns.
- Select the reseller you purchased from.
- Provide your contact details and reason for return.
2️⃣ Drop Off the Package
- Securely package the item in the same condition as received.
- Drop it off at your chosen Pargo collection point.
3️⃣ Processing the Return
- The reseller reviews and approves the return.
- Once approved, GARM will process your refund.
💳 Refund Process (Resellers)
✔ Refund Options:
- Store credit (for future purchases on GARM).
- Electronic bank transfer (processed within 5-7 business days after approval).
✔ Shipping Costs:
- If the item is proven to be fake or inauthentic, the reseller covers the return shipping fees (this amount will be deducted from their GARM account).
- If the reseller does not have enough funds in their GARM account, they must manually pay for the shipping.
- For all other approved returns, customers cover the return shipping costs.

Managing Your GARM Account:
🔑 Creating an Account
1️⃣ Click "Sign Up" on the GARM homepage.
2️⃣ Enter your email address and create a secure password.
3️⃣ Fill in your name and contact details.
4️⃣ Verify your email and log in to start shopping!
💡 Tip: While you can browse without an account, signing up allows you to track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive offers.
🔄 Resetting Your Password
1️⃣ Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
2️⃣ Enter your registered email and submit the request.
3️⃣ Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

📦 Viewing & Managing Orders
🛍️ Accessing Your Order History
1️⃣ Log in to your GARM account.
2️⃣ Click on "My Orders" to view your past and current purchases.
3️⃣ Click on any order to see details like tracking information, status, and invoice.
💡 Tip: If your order includes multiple brands, each item may have a separate tracking number.
✏️ Updating Personal Information
📍 Changing Your Shipping Address
1️⃣ Go to “Account Settings” → “Saved Addresses”.
2️⃣ Add a new address or edit an existing one.
3️⃣ Click "Save" to update your preferences.
🚨 Important: Changes to your address won’t apply to existing orders—please update before placing a new order.
📧 Updating Your Contact Details
- You can change your email, phone number, or password under "Account Settings".
- Ensure your details are up to date to receive order updates and exclusive offers!
